Ramp Agent (Norman Wells)

North-Wright Airways is looking for a full-time Ramp Agent to support our operations in Norman Wells, NT!

Job Summary: You'll be responsible for critical tasks such as safe baggage handling, aircraft marshalling, and delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to these core duties, you'll also contribute significantly by making deliveries and pick-ups for local businesses, maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities and aircraft, and assisting with passenger and cargo check-ins. This multifaceted role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to be part of a dedicated team that not only keeps our flights running smoothly but also actively contributes to various duties of our ground operations, enhancing the overall efficiency of North Wright Airways.

Location: Norman Wells, NT

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED.
• +1-3 years previous experience in a ramp agent, customer service, or general labourer position.
• Proven safety record and excellent problem-solving skills.
• WHMIS & Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certificate, are an asset.
